We have had a CrAZy last couple of weeks... I love fall... the leaves, the sweaters and jeans, the cool morning and warm afternoons... ahhhh.. i just love it!!!

For Halloween Cooper was Batman and will still tell you all about it... he loves Batman!! Clara was our little ladybug, she toatlly played the part... cute, cute, cute:) We went to Jacki's for a day time Halloween Party and painted pumpkins, frosted and ate sugar cookies and had a lot of fun. Cooper loves his Jacki... He always asks me "are we going to MY Jacki's today." Then we got ready to see Grandma Marj and Papa Garry to show off the costumes. After that... We went to the Montgomery's ( Becky's parents) to eat pizza and Trick or Treat with them as well and the Reads. We had a great time and the weather was perfect!! Busy Day!! By the time we left the subdivision both kids were totally out!!

We have also been playing a lot on Coopers "park" he loves to swing and climb "the mountain." We race to see how can get up it fastest... I never win!! Weird:)

Mona had her 8 puppies and that keeps us busy or just preoccupied... a great excuse to be with them and not get anything else done:) They are sooo cute!! Today a couple of them have their eyes open and they still arent too loud yet. It will be hard to pick just one to keep... I cannot believe that I am going to have 3 dogs!! My husband is one lucky man.. I really didnt even want any dogs at all but he loves them and they have grown on me:)

I am really excited for the Holidays and all the food and shopping and decorations!!! I wanted to put up all my Christmas stuff this last weekend but Jed told me I should wait, it would be right to put it up to soon before Thanksgiving so I will wait a little longer... next blog or one soon will be all my decorations up... before Thanksgiving:) !!!! Cant wait:) Happy Holidays!!!

Yuck Pumpkin Guts...

YUCK....Pumpkin Guts :)
Ridinng the pony

RUN COOPER RUN

Me and Clara enjoying the beautiful day!!

Right after the donkey incident:"( I know why am I smiling...

We had a lot of fun at Linder Farms! I loved being out there as much as Cooper and all the millions of other kiddos! Cooper liked the tractor ride to the animals and espically seeing the ponies:) Cooper loved riding the ponies the best:) He did not however like that "stinkin donkey," because while he was feeding him... totally bit Coop!! Thank goodness it was only a nibble but it scared him and left an indent!! After that whole thing he got to ride the pony and then we walked back to the mini maze and played some more:) It ended up a great afternoon:)
Clara was such a good girl too... she just watched all the kids and smiled:) She was not about to stay in her stroller b/c of all the action going on:) She loves to just watch and she gets soo excited that she wants to jump right out of my arms! Too much fun:)

That night we went to my parents house... carved pumpkins and had hot chocolate and lots of marshmellows. What a great way to get in the Fall Spirit:)

Cooper says....

We have had a fun Fall so far lots and lots of little adventures:) Cooper loves to play on his "park" and Clara likes to swing too! She giggles when we swing (of cours she is on my lap). Cooper likes to swing like "bat bat," batman that is. He thinks that it is pretty cool to swing on his belly with his arms out b/c he is flying:) Sooo dang cute! He is also very much into saying "no way," (when he REALLY means NO)..."don't say that," (whenever he wants me to stop talking)... "dang it," (surprisingly he uses it in the right context, everytime) and many others that just make me laugh. I love my little Coop!!

I HEART MY GIRLFRIENDS

My Very Best Girl Friend

What a lucky girl I am to have such great freinds:) I love them soo much!!

Back to WORK...

So today was my first day back to work since having Clara... I have worked off and on for my mom and they needed me again so I am back:) Exciting yes but sad too... I havent left Clara for more then 2 hours before today and that was pretty hard on me but I totally "put my head down and powered through it (arrested development fans:))." I am only working a couple days a week and Jacki is watching the babies. I love her she is the best with my 2 kiddos ... I totally would not go back to work if I didnt have her! Thanks Jacks!! You are the best:) But today was nice, to actually have some grown up conversations and have people actually talk back in full sentences:) I am pretty excited about working again and it is a pretty flexible position ( perks of having my mom be the owner right:) I know that I wont get another opportunity like this so I am totally taking full advantage and plus some extra money is always great:)

A Very Over Due Blog Update....

So I finaly asked Jed to put our pictures from the camera to the computer and boy did I have a lot of catching up that I wanted to do on this blog:) A lot went on this last week or so:) So here are 5 yes I said 5 new blogs:) I had a little time on my hand this morning. Coop went down for an early nap and Clara just wants to play with her toes:) So amazingly enough I had time to update all I wanted to :) Yay me!!

Conference Weekend (Sunday) Trampoline, Trains, and Ugly Sweaters...

Sunday morning we woke up and made Cinnamon Rolls and scrambled eggs fro breakfast. We watched the morning session and enjoyed it sooo much! We are soo blessed to be able watch the conference in the comfort of our own living rooms!! After the AM session we went to Marj and Garrys for the Pm session and dinner!! The kids got to play outside and we all had a chance to enjoy some family bonding:) Ugly sweaters and all:)

Confrence Weekend (Saturday)

Satruday night while the guys were at the Preisthood session Cooper and I were at home and we decided to make some Homemade Pizza! Cooper loves to help me cook so I thought this would be a fun activity for us to keep us busy:) We made Pepperoni and Pineapple, Coopers favorite:) Adding the toppings...Ready for the oven...
Cooper watching it cook:) YUMMY!!
Jed went to the Preisthood session with his dad and brothers like he does every year and then they go to dinner and just talk and hang out for some well deserved guy time:) Jed said that they had a great time and enjoyed their dinner at Corona Village. Brighton ( our nephew) was ordained a Deacon just before the session so he got to attend his 1st Priesthood session. He was thrilled:) At dinner he ordered a Coke and no one said a word... a big deal b/c he is not allowed to have caffine with the girls around:) He had the cuttest little smug smile on his face when the waitress took his order and no one even blinked and eye when he said "I'll have a coke." Jed said it was just fun to see him act like a little man. My personal favorite story for that night:)

Ear Piercing!!!

Last Thursday we got Clara's ears pierced. When I say WE I mean Amber, Ashlyn, Brooklyn, Cooper, and I all met at Clairs and Amber was Great b/c she held Clara while the girl did the job. I just couldn't do it. But now that Amber was a pro at it (both her girls ears are pierced), she was a great help to me:) I love that Clara has cute pink earings!! She looks soo cute!! Thank you Amber- you are the best:)

Daddy + Duaghter = LOVE

We were getting ready for church (last Sunday of September... again what date??:)) As I was running around the house in attempt to be on time.... Jed was playing with Clara and I had to take some pictures!!!! i also added a cute one of Coop- we was saying CHEESE. Enjoy!!!

Guys Day Out

Steep Hike!!
They made it to the top of the "mountain"
Jed shooting.
Cooper loves to hang out with his Grandpa Garry!

Jed, Garry, and Cooper went to Blacks Creek the last Saturday in September (what date was that??) to hike around and shoot some guns. They all had a great time and came home worn out! Cooper told me all about it... " guns, hike, guns loud..." I asked him if he shot the guns and his comment back was " too little mom... daddy, grammpa shoot not my." He uses MY when talking about himself... we are working on when to use me, my, I. Pretty funny:) They seemed to have had a great time...

Big Night In The Davis Home

Clara has hit a big milestone... or maybe it is me:) She is offically sleeping in her own crib, in her own room, all by herself!! I am not sure how much I love that she is big enough to be in her own room! I honestly dont think that she old enough but if we dont do it now she will be in our room forever:) That is what Jed tells me anyways:) Big night in the Davis household.. I am sure that I will be up cchecking on her a ton and still not getting enough sleep but that is what mommies do.

Pirates, Fish and Nemo

So I took Cooper to the dentist for the 1st time on Wednesday. We walked in and it was decorated like a pirate ship! It was soo cute and very kid friendly:) There were fish tanks everywhere and it was soo fun for Coop. He got his picture taken (x-rays) and thought that it was cool that he could see a picture of inside his mouth. Then he laid down on the table and they put earphones on him and he got to watch Finding Nemo while they looked at his teeth and did the cleaning:) He actually loved it and will tell you all about it if you ask him. The dental assistant said that he was the best 2 year old ever about getting his teeth cleaned and checked:) He was soo excited that he has been to the dentist. I am just happy that he has good teeth and that there were no major problems:) I am sooo proud of my little guy and am amazed that he is getting to be such a little man. Love you Coop!!

S'mores Anyone

Our Little Family
Broadbents
Coop ready to roast "mellows"
Trey playing w/ his stick
S'mores anyone???

So we had the Broadbents over for S'mores and hanging out by the fire pit. The boys had a great time and played on Coopers park. They loved it and wore eachother out. We got to relax and enjoy. We are pretty excited to have friends over and enjoy our backyard with us! I am also excited to have Jed and Becky back in town so that we can all get together and have more fun times!! Lucky us!!!

3 MONTHS OLD.... ALREADY

Sweet Girl
Lots of Loves
Playing with her toes-ies
Really mom more pictures

So... yesterday Clara Marie turned 3 months old. She now has found her hands and she loves to watch them and taste them and they are her favorite new toy:) She has also found her little toes-ies and loves to grab them... so cute!! She still has her BLUE eyes and I am really hoping that they stay, just like her daddy's. She loves to hear Jed's voice and she loves to flirt with anyone that will talk to her. Clara has the best giggle ever... I am sure every mom thinks that about their kid but I just love to hear her little giggles- warms my heart! She has gotten a lot better with the colic and acid reflux ... no major issuse ( I just can't eat chocolate). Cooper still loves to pick her up and bring her to me. He also tries to console her when she gets upset. They did get into their 1st sibling fight... car, Clara crying, Cooper getting mad while yelling "stop it clara ... scaring me... stop it...." which in turn only mad her cry harder. So I guess it was only one sided but it made me think of all the fun ahead. it just makes me laugh. I love it!! She has been such a blessing to us and we are sooo excited to watch her grow and learn something new everyday. She has brought a lot of love to all of us and we are looking forward to the next stages of her little life:)

Clara's Blessing

So we had Claras blessing last Sunday and it was such a wonderful day. We dont have church until 3pm ... i know... yuck, right. So we spent the day hanging out and finishing up some last minute cooking and whatnot and then got ready and headed to church. Clara looked so beautiful... putting that long white dress on her made me think- that she wont wear something like this again until she gets married!! To say the least I got a little emotional - which is the normal for me these days. There is just something different about having a little girl!! Anyway, Jed gave her such a beautiful blessing and we are so thankful for him and all the other members in our family that got to stand in (Grandpa Garry, Uncle Royce, Uncle Brett, Uncle Nate, Grandpa Wagner, and Bishop Osbourn). Since it was a fast and testimony meeting Uncle Brett and Jed shared there testimonies what wonderful examples they are!!

After all that... we had a great bbq at my parents house and there were a ton of people there!! It was a beautiful day and we all had a great time! I have a lot more pictures to add but I will put together a slide show... next post.... for now here are a couple pictures.

More August....

Cooper riding the pony... he did it all by himself and did not want to get off when his turn was over. He had a huge smile on his face the whole time!!
Feeding the goats... he thought it was cool but "yuck mom" at the same time.
Playing the drums in Grandmas pantry.
Clara asleep on our uaual morning walk.
More fishing Coop just loves to fish with his Papa... they go about once a week.

I know... August. I finally put pictures from the camera to the computer and I really want to share the end of our summer or at least be able to look back and remember what we did:) Time seems to jsut fly by these days....
